Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-01
Using Shoppage
Shoppage is a search platform and a marketplace directory. You may use it lawfully and must not try to disrupt it, scrape it beyond the published API limits, or access other people's accounts.
Buying and selling
Shops sell on Shoppage under their own terms. The shop is the seller: it sets the prices, takes the payment — through its own payment provider, or by bank transfer, cash on delivery or collection — and handles delivery, returns and refunds. Shoppage runs the platform, never holds the money, never sees your card details and takes no cut of a sale. If something goes wrong with an order, contact the shop first; we can suspend a shop that breaks these terms.
Sellers
- Shops are reviewed before they appear, and can be suspended for misleading, unsafe or unlawful listings.
- Sellers are responsible for their product information, prices, stock, and for honouring the orders and appointments they take.
- Listing beyond the free product limit, and sponsored results, are paid services, billed as agreed with the Shoppage team.
- Sponsored results are always labelled “Sponsored”.
Accounts
Keep your password and API keys secret. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
